Parties may be eligible to apply for financial assistance to help pay for their visits.

If you have been ordered to pay for some or all of the visitation costs and your court order was issued in Idaho, you may be eligible for assistance. Please see the instructions below.

For court orders issued in Judicial District III (includes counties of Adams, Canyon, Washington, Owyhee, Payette, and Gem):

• Download the District III Application for Funding.
• Download the District III Spanish Application for Funding.
• Complete the application. Be sure all questions have been answered. Incomplete applications will be returned which will delay the start of your visits.

Return the application by email, mail, or hand deliver to Family Court Services at the Canyon County Courthouse, Third Floor. Do not return this form to the KIDS Services office.

For court orders issued in Judicial District IV (includes counties Ada, Elmore, Boise, and Valley):

• Download the District IV Application for Funding.
• Complete the application. Be sure all questions have been answered. Incomplete applications will be returned which will delay the start of your visits.

Return the application by mail, email, or hand deliver to Family Court Services at the Ada County Courthouse. Do not return this form to the KIDS Services office.
